Did you last year when pretty much every upgrade the match received was more or less ported from rs3?The biggest travesty about Construction and PoH is no dev dares touch it... Mod Jack once commented on questions regarding a structure rework after the M&S rework had started. During the livestream he said that a structure rework would take TWICE so long since the M&S rework.

    And honestly, since RS3 has numerous simple and accessible QoL things that individuals want in a PoH it probably wouldn't have the same impact because it would've had a couple of years back... Passage of the Abyss for teleport jewellery & lodestones for simple traveling to major cities, for example.

    The things that created PoH"rewarding" at start aren't as good, handy and amazing as they used to be. So if a rework ever happened, they'd probably have to redesign it from the ground up, while keeping certain basic concepts (rooms & furniture). And just so people can play it for a week or 2 and then need new content again. Frankly, how much I might hate the concept: the only way a Construction rework might ever happen is if it also becomes a 120 ability... Reality is frequently disappointing

    As somebody who has played both versions extensively, I can say the one thing that's keeping me RS3 is the continuation of some of my favorite quest lines. Everything feels wrong. I'm about 95 Runecrafting in RS3 once I know well that if I place in precisely the same amount of time on OSRS, it would actually just get me to possibly the large 70s. Mobile workbench is not going to substitute POH construction in RS3 just like Mahogony Homes isn't likely to substitute the old school method of instruction construction. There are just alternatives.

    The issue is on rs3 they discharge a skilling upgrade for building in the kind of more MTX, and act like that's fine. OSRS adds actual game content to get a more chill way to train structure, using a method that the community has asked about for years. Don't tell me we can not buy building progress in OSRS with exchanging bonds paid for actual money to resources and consequently faster xp progress.
     
    It's more like having 50 distinct piles of 10 decades + assignments, and then choosing which of those piles to start on first. Construction goes up against the new player experience, the player avatar and so many more, but it's definitely near the top of the heap. We've chosen something for Structure that wouldn't get in the way of a near future rework and would supplement it Your idea for how to alter Construction is great, but I'd stop short of making it a whole new skill. I am not convinced that is what will be ideal for rs 3 gold the participant base.
